Google search results can be such a pain when looking for workout locations based on “vibe.”
Yes, thank you. Now I know the address, and the street view of the exterior from 10 years ago when it was a laundromat … but I want to know the vibe. Is this a mega workout center where I can blend into the background or a party of five including the instructor? Should I lay out my matching Lulus and get my mani-pedi game on or would an old painting T-shirt paired with some cinched joggers do the trick? Is this a social media haven that encourages you to tag the brand or a low-key digital-free zone? We want to know, and we’d like to know ahead of time.
We set out to compile a list of both beloved and brand-new yoga studios that are worth the check-in. Below you’ll find some of our favorites.
Hope Yoga
A real breath of fresh air can come from Hope Yoga. As far as Cleveland yoga studios go, the Westlake location averages
slightly larger class sizes, so if you are looking for an open space to get your daily all-level class in … and you aren’t the most comfortable with a surprise one-on-one session, check this location out. $24 Drop-in rate, Westlake: 26131 Detroit Road; Fairview Park: 21571 Lorain Road, hopeyogacle.com
Yogavita
Yogavita in Murray Hill Galleries will work you out in the
best way. It’s fun and energetic and averages slightly larger class sizes. What better way to meet new people, and grow your community? welcoming newcomers to its space). Its classes range in size depending on the session, and it offers the occasional virtual meet-up as well. $15 Studio Drop-in rate, 3624 Mayfield Road, Cleveland Heights, poweryogaflow.com
